ARE YOU READY TO BE PART OF A-TEAM?

EUROPA CANTAT is the central meeting point and one of the most important events of the choral world, which means we need helpful hands from helping at the venues to taking pictures to make this festival a success! We are looking for highly motivated people with great English skills (and, of course, the more languages the merrier) and who have volunteered before at big music events.

The registration for international volunteers is open until 15th April. After that, a committee will choose the volunteers and the team will inform the selected volunteers.

There are few things you should take into account:

• The festival takes place from 27th July to 5th August with a Staff Party on the evening of August 5th, all volunteers should be in Tallinn on July 24th and leave on August 6th.
• The training for volunteers will take place on July 25th
• Unfortunately the budget is limited and we cannot cover all your costs. The festival will provide you lunch and dinner, but you should cover your accommodation and transportation
• We will sign a contract with each volunteer
• The workdays at the festival can be rather and it can happen that you will have to work more than 8 hours. We will try to make sure that all volunteers have enough time to sleep and eat calmly, and we will offer you possibilities to attend concerts or open singing whenever possible, but we may not be able to tell you in advance when exactly you will have to work.
